Annually, our food bank sources the equivalent of 7.38 million meals for a network of programs and partners, including community food pantries, meal sites, schools, and more. 101,859 first-time visits were made last year, the highest number in our 44-year history.

September brings a lot of transitions: back to school, cooler temps, and new routines. At Feed My People, it’s also a time when we start looking ahead to the months to come.
Beginning right now, we typically see more families turn to our partner programs for food, including school-based programs that help make sure kids have access to food during the school year. For families who have been without those resources over the summer, that support can make a real difference.
